Provenance:The items in this collection were donated to the Booth Library by Jean Colegrove and Edna Trautman.

Historical:Chemung County Motorcycle Club-The Chemung Valley Motorcycle Club was organized by local motorcycle enthusiasts on January 1, 1930.  Membership was open to both men and women.  The club organized motorcycle trips and rallies and participated in races and competitions across the Northeast.  In March of 1945 they joined American Motorcycle Association. 
Scope:The Chemung County Motorcycle Club Collection contains club scrapbooks, 1945-1956; club organizational and financial records, 1930-1960; club photographs, 1945-1960; and newspaper clippings.
