Historical:Alfred Hilbert was the Elmira City Historian until his death in 1991. These materials were compiled while he served as Historian.
Scope:The Alfred "Chick" Hilbert Collection contains newspaper clippings, magazines, speeches, books, manuscripts, photographs and maps.
